Sophia Ferris

I founded SophiaTherese Hair in June 2025 after three years of building experience behind the chair. For me, hair has always been more than just a career—it’s both my passion and my creative outlet. Starting this business has allowed me to do what I love every single day, in a way that never feels like “work.”

I specialize in high-impact blonding, lived-in color, and extensions. My journey began in high school and continued at the Paul Mitchell School in Portsmouth, NH. Since then, I’ve invested in advanced training in cities like New York and Boston, and I’m proud to be a certified Bellami extensionist. Education is at the core of my growth, and I love bringing fresh knowledge and techniques back to my clients.

From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to work with people and make a difference in their lives. Helping others feel confident, beautiful, and truly themselves is the most rewarding part of my work—and it’s an honor to build those personal connections in my chair every day.

Outside of the salon, you can usually find me weightlifting at the gym, reading, or spending time at the beach. I’ve always loved fashion and style, and tattoos have become a meaningful way for me to express my personality. Time with my friends and family, and listening to good music—especially live—are my favorite ways to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.I’m always excited to meet new guests, share my passion, and create transformations that leave you feeling your absolute best.
